Daimyo: A lord. There are several levels of daimyo. The most senior of the daimyo of the Great Clans?, then the lords of the Minor Clans? and the families that make up the Great Clans. Finally there are minor daimyo who are run smaller estates, regions or cities for the daimyo of their clan or family.

What ever the status however, a daimyo is always accorded respect.
